ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The 1000 Pip Club wants to ensure all incoming students are aware of the advanced, proprietary nature of the training program and are prepared to commit to learning it completely.

Therefore, please carefully read each of the following statements and click on "I agree" to proceed with the purchase.

The 1000 Pip Club training program is an advanced course in trading the Forex.   Applicant acknowledges that a strong basic knowledge of the Forex, and sufficient previous experience with trading the Forex is required of anyone applying for membership in the 1000 Pip Club training program.  

Applicant acknowledges that it is required that student have a demo account established with Forex Broker FXCM complete with FXCM Trading Station II along with the integrated FXCM Market Scope Currency Charting Package to allow the student quick interface with class instructions which will be given from time to time with candle charts.

Applicant agrees to restrict his/her trading of the 1000 Pip Club methods to Demo Accounts Only until such time as a strong understanding of the methods has been established and the student has obtained a combination of (1) a thorough understanding of all phases of the online training (2) total confidence in his/her trading along with (3) positive trading consistency by way of doubling a minimum of three demo mini accounts.

Applicant acknowledges that all fees are non-refundable as soon as the applicant begins any class contained in the program.   

Applicant agrees and understands that the trading methodology he/she will be taught is a proprietary system developed by Jeff Langin over an extended multi-year period and that strict confidentiality of all information, materials and methods learned through his/her membership in the 1000 Pip Club is to be maintained unless expressed written authorization is provided by Jeff Langin otherwise allowing distribution of said materials or information.  Applicant further agrees that any failure to maintain this confidentiality may result in pursuit of legal remedy against the applicant. 

The 1000 Pip Club training program is designed as a single use license and is not to be shared.  Therefore,  applicant agrees and understand that he/she is not allowed to download any documents or videos or other materials included in the course.  Courses are designed to be accessed from a stable IP address (i.e. your computer location from where you will most often access the 1000 Pip Club training material) which can be validated by the 1000 Pip Club.  Applicant agrees to provide his/her IP address during the registration process. The student will be guided through this very simple process.
